Qualifications
City and guilds technical certificate in plumbing and heating level 3 Nvq level 3 in plumbing and heating Domestic gas assessments in : ccn1. Core gas safety. Cen1 domestic gas fired central heating boilers. Ckr1 domestic gas cooking appliances. Htr1 domestic gas fires and wall heaters. Met1 domestic gas meters. Cpa1. Combustion and flue gas analysis.
Work we carry out
Bathrooms, tiling, showers, wet rooms, underfloor heating (either electrical or ran off the heating system.) trace heating for frozen pipes lagging pipes servicing gas fires cookers or boilers landlord safety certificates commissioning certificates for gas boilers gutter installation/repair drainage from the ground up. Fitting washing machines/dishwashers boiler replacement, unvented hot water systems boiler maintenance and repair leaking taps blocked sink/toilet shower doors full first fix and second fix in new builds or an extension in domestic properties outside taps fit kitchen sinks gas cookers or gas hobs install exterior to interior ventilation. Repair/replace pumps 3 port valves or 2 port valves install room stats programmers, timers fit thermostatic valves to radiators replace immersion heaters system cleaning or power flushing. Mixer valves on baths fit electric showers cold water tanks and feed and expansion tanks replacement, replacement stop cocks or isolation valves
